Australian Defence Force Mental Health Strategy All Hours Support Line 1800 628 036 24 hours per day 7 days per week The All Hours Support Line is a confidential telephone service providing mental health support to ADF members and their families 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The ASL is designed as a triage line, which means that it is there to help callers access ADF or civilian mental health services more easily. The aim of the service is to provide an immediate professional assessment and acute intervention including crisis management, to ADF members and their families and refer the caller to an appropriate ADF or civilian service for ongoing support.
